It’s hard to find an HVAC company in the valley that is trustworthy and professional. Mountain Valley is amazing. We called them for an issue with our heater leaking condensation and they compassionately insisted we replace our older heater for safety reasons. Money is tight and they worked with our budget and were timely and professional. They even let us borrow some space heaters to keep us comfortable over the weekend when we had no heat in our home. Jaycee at the front desk is so sweet and communicative and Camden, Braden, and Kyle are all top notch technicians. It’s safe to say we will be calling them for all our future HVAC needs. Updated Review: It's been almost two years since Mtn Valley took great care of us during a time in need. Today, I had them come out and check on our AC unit that seemed like it wasn't keeping up. After some investigating, they filled up my refrigerant and helped me get our filters just right. Now the unit is running just like we want it too. I said I'd recommend them a couple years ago, and I'll say it again! Review from 2023: Mountain Valley took amazing care of us in our moment of need! We came home in the late evening after a viewing and being away all day to an 81 degree house. With a 9-month pregnant spouse, this was a dire situation. We called their number thinking we would just leave a voicemail and have to survive the night, but they answered and got us taken care of. They provided great service and have a great team. I called these guys a lot. They have replaced a circuitboard and an igniter on my furnace. Although I had to wait for a few days for the order to come in, they made sure that I had heaters and was taken care of. The front office is actually very helpful and kept me in the loop of where the services were in relation to finishing up. They were great. We had problems with our condenser freezing up on a house we just bought. And of course it happened on the weekend. I don't know whether to call Camden the HVAC Ninja, or the HVAC Whisperer, but that guy knows more wildly obscure details about every part of the HVAC system than I have ever seen before in dozens of previous home and business service calls over the decades. Our boiler kept having so many issues and of course during the coldest part of winter! This company was the only company we could find that wouldn’t charge us an arm and a leg for their services! Also the men that came out were so nice and very helpful! They gave us our options and let us know what would be best and were so kind! My furnace went out and when a friend could not figure out how to repair it, I found Mountain Home ‘s number and made an appointment. They came out the next day! They found my furnace needed a control board and ordered. They came out the next day and repaired my furnace.  I dealt with Colton and now have heat!!!! I can only attest to our experience with Mtn Valley Heating, and it was a positive experience. Prompt reply and was available to come out to check out our unit. Fast service, checked out our unit to ensure it was operational. It is an old unit and he gave us pointers to keep it running smoothly. We do need a replacement part, but not immediately. MV has been great to work with; the bi-annual inspections give me a sense of comfort that my Heating and AC won't go out when I need them most. HVAC seems to be like going to the doctor though; there is always something that needs to be fixed; MV is great to identify the issues and fix them before they become big. Camden and his team of experts went the extra mile to do a great job to install a complete new HVAC system while overcoming the challenges of our older multi level home. They used the highest quality Lenox equipment and at a price that was significantly lower than the competition. My air conditioner went out during a heat wave and Colton was sent to my house to figure out what was wrong. He got here super fast and he made quick work of the fix (a part replacement)- he knows his stuff and was very friendly. He spent time making sure that everything else was in order with the system, too, and gave me some good maintenance tips. Oh my goodness. I can not express enough how grateful I am for this company. My AC unit quit the night before the weatherman said it would be 103. I am a caregiver to my elder mom, have family from out of state plus my family, to include animals depending on the AC to work. I called at opening hours, and within a few hours, they were here, and fixed the mess ups the previous person did, found all the problems and fixed them quickly, with great knowledge, and even educated me on how to make my house work more effective. Our A/C went out Thursday afternoon and I called 11 different companies on a Friday morning and these guys were the only ones who even offered and tried to get us in. Tyson was very helpful and understanding. Colton came over in less than an hour and got it fixed. He explained everything to me. I have been completely satisfied with Mnt Vally Air. they are fair priced and stand behind their work and HVAC units. they helped me get enrolled and through the Watsmart program, which helped me get rebates and tax credits. Our AC unit went out during the recent heat wave. We were referred to Mtn Valley Heating and Air Conditioning through a family member. They came out Monday to assess the system and had the work completed by Thursday. We had previously been considering upgrading the entire system and ended up replacing the AC, furnace and installed a tankless water heater. The MVHAC crew was kind, courteous, respectful and efficient.  It was a big job and they stuck with it to the end. These guys have been awesome to work with! They have installed a gas line from my house to my shop, a mini split, gas heater and tankless water heater for me. I just had Colton and Camden here and they quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed.  They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and gave me different options to help prevent the problem in the future.  They were knowledgeable and professional.  I could not say enough good about their service.  They also told me of other problems I would eventually have and how to help prevent them. They have earned a repeat customer.
